For many Westerners, Morocco holds an enduring fascination. Though only an hours ferry ride away from Spain, Morocco will feel like you are on another planet compared to a typical European country. Some cities around Morocco, such as Fez, Marrakesh, Rabat and even Casablanca, have a decidedly French feel. Most educated Moroccans from these areas are fluent in French and use it as their second language. While there may be a language barrier, please keep in mind that Moroccans have an extremely
powerful tradition of hospitality, openness, honesty and generosity. Whether high in the Atlas mountains visiting a Berber community or negotiating for wares at the riad in Fez, the Moroccan people will welcome you with open arms. Morocco is a country that shouldnt be rushed through. Take your time in Chechaun, walk the riads in Fez and Marrakesh. Do your best to stay in one of the many luxury desert camps where you can walk barefoot on the soft sand of the Sahara. You deserve to soak in all of this stunning country.

"Having booked with The Escape Artist multiple times (Peru, Costa Rica, Kenya, Galapagos Islands) I knew that I wanted them to work with my girlfriends Mom on a family trip to Greece. John and Katie met us all out to go over the goals of the trip, like always. They built us a package based on our likes and dislikes, and they nailed it! Best part, mid trip wanted to alter our vacation a bit and spend more time in Mykonos. A simple email directly to them and everything was solved! They are fun to work with, but also amazing at what they do! Highly recommend giving them a shot!"
